At Stella Vanta, we are committed to providing high-quality lighting products designed for long-lasting performance. To give our customers added confidence, eligible products purchased through our website are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Please review the terms below to understand the coverage, exclusions, and warranty claim process.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal residential use within one (1) year from the date your order is delivered.
If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Stella Vanta may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product;
- Provide replacement parts;
- Replace the product with the same or a comparable model; or
- Issue a full or partial refund when repair or replacement is not practical.
Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Stella Vanta and supported by valid proof of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures resulting from circumstances beyond normal intended use, including but not limited to:
- Accidental damage
- Improper installation
- Incorrect wiring or electrical connection
- Product misuse or abuse
- Neglect or inadequate maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Power surges or electrical faults
- Exposure to weather, moisture, or environmental conditions beyond the product's intended use
- Commercial or industrial use unless specifically approved
The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality, or consumable components that naturally deteriorate over time.
Warranty Period
Coverage begins on the date the product is delivered and remains valid for twelve (12) months.
Any replacement product or replacement component supplied under this warranty will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period and does not restart the warranty term.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
To help us evaluate your claim efficiently, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- A video demonstrating the defect when applicable
Our support team will review the information provided and may request additional details if necessary.
Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Resolution Options
After reviewing your claim, Stella Vanta may offer one of the following resolutions:
Replacement Parts
Where appropriate, replacement components may be provided to resolve the issue.
Product Replacement
If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement unit of the same or comparable model may be supplied.
Refund
If neither repair nor replacement is reasonably available, a refund may be offered in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our internal policies.
In some cases, we may request the return of the product for inspection before approving a warranty claim.
Installation Requirements
To maintain warranty eligibility, products must be installed, used, and maintained according to the instructions provided with the product.
For hardwired fixtures and electrical products, we strongly recommend installation by a qualified electrician or licensed professional.
Damage resulting from improper installation may not be covered under this warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stella Vanta shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product as described in this policy.
Nothing in this warranty limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Residential Use
Unless otherwise specified, this warranty is intended for residential use only.
Products installed in commercial, hospitality, rental, office, or other high-usage environments may be subject to different warranty terms or reduced coverage.
