Return Process

All returns must be completed by mail.

To begin a return or exchange request, customers must first contact our customer support team at info@stellavanta.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, a return shipping label will be provided for you to download and print.

After receiving the label, you may package the item securely and send it back using the provided shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs

For all approved returns, Stella Vanta will cover the cost of return shipping. Customers will receive a return label after the return request has been approved, meaning no return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. Customers will not incur additional charges for returning eligible items.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds are issued using the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing may take up to 20 days from the date we receive the returned item. After the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your refund has been successfully completed.

Currency

All refunds are issued in USD (United States Dollar). If your payment was originally made using another currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are outside the control of Stella Vanta.
