Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday to Friday will be processed according to our standard fulfillment schedule. Orders submitted after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or United States public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will begin processing on the next available business day.

Handling and Order Processing Time

Once an order has been placed, it enters the handling and preparation stage. Our handling time ranges between 3 and 5 business days, during which orders are verified, processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Order fulfillment is conducted strictly on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official U.S. public holidays. During peak seasons or high order volumes, handling times may occasionally reach the upper end of the stated timeframe.

Shipping and Transit Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the delivery stage begins. The transit time for shipments is typically between 5 and 15 business days. Deliveries are carried out on business days, Monday through Friday.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on factors such as shipping carrier operations, destination location, weather conditions, and other logistics factors that may affect transportation schedules.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery timeframe combines both handling and transit periods. Orders are generally delivered within 8–20 business days, which includes 3–5 business days for order handling and 5–15 business days for shipping transit.

Customers will receive order updates and shipping notifications once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no additional shipping fees applied at checkout for standard deliveries.

Currency

All prices and transactions on our store are processed in USD (United States Dollar). If you choose to pay using another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional transaction fees, which are beyond the control of Stella Vanta.
